We print strictly according to required specifications. We DO NOT ‘gang up’ orders with other customers. We provide individual attention to detail. Bulk runs, or runs requiring specialised specifications, may require additional time, which will be advised when placing an order or at the quoting stage. Contact us and we will assign a dedicated account manager to assist with your company’s printing requirements.
Quality Assurance!
Once an account is operative, we retain copies of each and every printed item in a production file. Every time a print run is required, we use the sample in the production file as the product criteria.
Quality Assurance is conducted across 3 levels of production;
• At the press by the Printer (using a sample if required);
• By the Production Manager (during production and also at the finishing stage);
• By Dispatch immediately prior to packing.
